AngelAngel was our robotics lead. He and his team worked tirelessly to design the rules, layout, and requirements for our robotics competition, ensuring that it was both challenging and rewarding for all involved. He also volunteered his time each week mentoring students at huerta elementary school and felton elementary school, helping them with the designing and building proccess.

MeraliMerali was our Bridge Lead. Her and her team worked hard to design the rules, layout, and requirements for our bridge competiiton. Merali also generously volunteered her time each week to mentor students at lennox middle school, helping students design their bridges, test them on bridge building software, and supported them throughout the construction process. |
Jennifer & ValerieJennifer and valerie were both dedicated mentors for the comeptitions at jefferson elementary school. jennifer mentored students for the bridge competition, helping them build a bridge that met the guidlines and could hold the most weight. she was also responsible for keeping track of the weights given on the day of the competition. valerie mentored students for the solar car competition, helping them build their car and ensuring that it was ready for the day of the competition. additionally, valerie was there to ensure that the competition ran smoothly on the day of the event. |
Martha & palomaPaloma was a valuable member on the day of the event, helping students who had signed up for competitions sign in at registration and get to the area where they needed to be, ensuring the event ran smoothly. martha was a dedicated mentor for the bridge competition at jefferson elementary school. she helped students create the perfect bridge that could hold the most weight. On the day of the competition she assisted with adding weights to the bridges while announcing to the audience members. |
Dunelly & beyonceDunelly and beyonce were both active mentors for jefferson and Dolores huerta elementary school. dunelly helped mentor students and jefferson elementary and helped run booths on the day of the stem fair. beyonce also mentored students at huerta elementary for the bridge portion of the stem fair. on the day of the competition, she made sure the auidence knew what was going on and hyped up the crowd, contributing to the excitement of the event. |
Nick & gabrielleNick mentored students at jefferson elementary and also helped run the vex competition the day of the event. He also enthusiastically helped with the announcing of event details to our audience, making sure everyone knew what was going on. gabrielle mentored students at lennox middle school for the vex robotics competition and on the day of the event she helped manage the robotics competition. She also took part in helping smaller booths such as the boat design and robotic hands. |
SamanthaSamantha was an amazing photographer who captured every aspect of the STEM fair and managed the portraits of our members. In addition, she volunteered her time to mentor students at huerta elementary school, helping them throughout their bridge construction for the day of the stem fair. her talent and dedication was very valuable to the success of our project and event. |
JoanaJoana was a mentor for the bridge competition at Huerta elementary school, helping students create a brudge that would hold the most weight. on the day of the competition, joana helped with adding weights to the bridges and keeping track of the weights for every team. Furthermore, she was responsible for the highlighting the hardwork of each team member on this page. |
Mya & guadalupe
MYA AND GUadalupe, the youngest members of our team, were both instrumental in supporting our project managers as interns. they were dedicated to helping with organzing the event and ensuring everything ran smoothly. in the days leading up to the competition, mya and guadalupe helped assemle the goodie bags that were given to the competitors. in addition, they were also dedicated mentors for the students at felton elementary school for the bridge competition. on the day of the competition, they assisted with checking students in, distributing goodie bags, maps, and itineraries.
